The session begins with a detailed anamnesis, which covers your health history, current complaints, lifestyle, eating habits and personal goals. A personalised herbal prescription is created, usually a tea that is mixed in special pharmacies.

If you have to cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise I have to charge 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations on the same day, I have to charge the full fee.
